Dear Jiggsi team,

As we continue to work towards our goal of promoting Gender and Social Inclusion through our platform, it is important that we constantly remind ourselves of our core values. These values not only guide our actions, but also reflect the kind of organization we strive to be.

First and foremost, social inclusion means being accountable for our actions. This includes taking responsibility for the impact we have on individuals and communities, as well as being transparent about our decision-making processes.

In addition, we must always strive to be responsive to the diverse needs and perspectives of our users. This means actively listening to feedback and finding ways to improve our services to better serve those who may feel marginalized or excluded.

I am proud to lead a team that embodies these values in everything we do. Together, we can continue to make a positive impact in promoting social inclusion and creating a more inclusive society.
